Join us on a two days hike in the middle of our beloved mountain range, Börzsöny. You get into the van in Budapest and soon you find yourself in the never ending forest. Although Börzsöny is only 80 kilometers from the capital, it’s one of the most uninhabited mountains of Hungary. That’s why we love it and we invite you to experience its greatness and wildness. During our two days hike we visit the highest summits with lots of panoramic views on the majestic Danube river and amazing green hills around us in every direction. You will also be able to see how the volcano formed the mountain a few thousand years ago. If we are lucky we can spot some wild animals around us. Wild boars, foxes and deers are not rare in the area, but they try to avoid humans, so silence is required to spot them.
